Matriculated 1987 and graduated as a teacher in 1990 received his BSC in Mathematics and also holding a Diploma In Economic Analysis. Other studies which he has done includes B-Com in Logistics and currently completing his MBA .

Philani Ncube has worked as customs and excise trainer & also as customs and excise officer, his last job was in the freight forwarding environment before he opened Y2K-Academy on year 2000

He has spent the greater part of his career in Training and development .Philani Ncube believes that Y2K-Acadamy’s success is all due to the dedicated and ambitious team he is working with.
